Payment and support
Stripe test checkout is the current implementation target. Live charges, automatic subscriptions and public self-service checkout are not active. A live payment requires a verified seller, approved quote, accepted terms and explicit customer authorization.
Partner support and AMC
A partner can provide first-line support under separately agreed commission or maintenance rights. CBSRM handles platform updates and escalations. Commercial rights do not grant data access.
Nepal · NPR
Nepal billing remains pending verification of the invoice issuer, address, PAN/VAT and business bank eligibility. No live Nepal invoice or bank instructions are available yet.
India · INR
An INR receipt route remains subject to confirmation by the authorised sending and receiving banks. No domestic or cross-border collection eligibility is assumed.
UAE · USD
USD banking or Stripe may be used only after the merchant, beneficiary, quote and payment route are verified. The current checkout target is test mode only.
Evaluation questions
Does a trial automatically charge me?
No. This request does not create a subscription or collect a card. A paid arrangement requires a separate quote and explicit agreement.
Can I use real borrower data in the demo?
No. The public demo and free institution trial use synthetic samples only. Real institution data is a separate paid-pilot gate requiring documented authority, minimum necessary fields, secure handling and approved hosting, transfer, retention and deletion terms.
What determines the price?
The private quote shows the total pilot cost, likely production subscription, separate implementation/connectors/training, support or AMC, taxes and conversion credit before acceptance. Ordinary hosted support is included; no duplicate hosted AMC. Production prices are not introduced unexpectedly after the pilot.
Does Nepal validation establish readiness in India or UAE?
Each country and actual vendor/version needs its own configuration, permissions and conformance review. Expansion follows Nepal, India, UAE, wider SAARC and other validated markets.

A qualified institution receives the complete pricing schedule privately before accepting a pilot: total pilot cost, likely production subscription, implementation, connectors, training, support/AMC, taxes and conversion credit. The 90-day pilot uses agreed kickoff/readout milestones and starts only after accepted inputs, signed scope/data terms and cleared advance.
Free trial: 14 days, synthetic-only, no card or automatic charge. Real-data uploads and production integrations are disabled. Existing research/Desk access and its separate trial policy do not activate a microfinance institution.
Security and integration features remain under acceptance review. Production access and tested institutional SSO are enabled only after their actual readiness gates pass.
