CBSRM · Partner programme

Local relationships. Consistent platform support.

A partner-neutral licensing and maintenance model for organizations serving financial institutions. SUBISU is one prospective partner; the platform is not tied to one distributor.

01

Institution licences

Each institution is licensed separately. Country, feature scope, onboarding, service terms and charges are agreed for that institution.

02

Partner commission and AMC

Partners may receive agreed commission and/or annual maintenance rights. Specific rates and rights are contractual, not automatic.

03

Two levels of support

The partner provides first-line assistance for its customers. CBSRM handles platform updates, specialist support and escalated issues.

Commercial rights are not data permissions.

Sales, licence and maintenance rights give no routine access to borrower, financial or private working data. An institution-approved temporary support grant must name its scope, expiry and audit trail.

Partners in Nepal, India or other markets use the same platform principles. A country’s regulatory configuration and hosting boundary must be approved separately.

Before a partner pilot

  • Define target institutions and the first country pack.
  • Agree licence, support responsibility and escalation scope.
  • Identify the approved CBS/MIS interface.
  • Measure the operational benefit with the institution.
  • Approve commercial terms through a separate agreement.

Build an institutional delivery partnership.

Discuss a controlled pilot, support capability and the institutions you serve. The conversation does not create an exclusivity, commission or maintenance commitment.
